Lithuanian A2 (Category I) state language exam — practice tests
Each pack is a set of exercises in the format of the Lithuanian state language exam at A2 (Category I) — all three parts: reading and writing (90 min, 50 points), listening (25 min, 20 points) and speaking (12–14 min, 10 points). Free A2 exam preparation online, in your browser, with AI grading.
ⓘ Our exercises are sample tests in the exam format, created with the help of artificial intelligence and then reviewed by us () — a tool to help you prepare. A result obtained here is not an official exam result. We are an independent private project, we use no official exam materials or tasks, and this site does not replace a teacher or a language course — see the Terms of Use.
What each pack contains
Each pack is a set of exercises in the format of the real exam: reading and writing in one combined paper, listening with recordings, and speaking tasks. You do it all in the browser, the same way the exam itself is sat — nothing to print, no account to create.
Objectively marked questions are checked instantly and show the correct answer. Your writing and speaking are graded by AI: you get a score, a list of your mistakes and a model answer, so you know not just what you scored but why. That feedback is practice feedback, not an official exam result.
How to practise
The simplest way is to sit one full pack first and see which part gives you the most trouble. Then come back to that part in the practice sections — photo description, monologue and writing each have their own AI-graded exercises.
It pays to practise all three parts rather than chase a total: the result is decided part by part, A2 is awarded only if you reach it in all three, and inside each part you have to clear the A1 band before the A2 band counts. The exact thresholds and marking rules are set out in the FAQ.
Common questions
Are the tests free?
Yes. All the exercises and recordings are free. Both the automatically checked tasks and the AI grading of your writing and speaking work without any account — the site has no registration at all.
Do the exercises come with answers?
Yes. Automatically checked tasks show the correct answer straight away, while your written and spoken answers get an AI score, a list of mistakes and a model answer to compare with.
Are these real exam papers?
No. Every task here is written by us, to the format, level and topics of the official exam — we never reproduce official exam materials. This is an independent preparation site; we are not connected with any institution that organises or recognises the state language exams.
